Dominique challenges me to work harder than I ever could working out on my own. It´s hard work but I always feel so accomplished after a workout with her! I have the best trainer, Dominique, pushes, motivates and encourages me daily! I love working with her three times a week! I had a hip replacement at the end of 2020 and she created a modified plan that worked perfect for me! In the last three months I have lost weight and inches all over! I am gaining more strength in my hips and knees each week! I haven´t ran or got on the floor to do exercises in years now I CAN! I have goals in creating a lifestyle change and Dominique is helping me achieve them!

Dominique has been an amazing trainer from the start! She is very knowledgeable about what she does & very driven when it comes to her clients! Her personality is fun, especially during hip hop cardio! During my one on one sessions she always pushes me to finish the workout even when I feel like I do not have enough strength!
